The breakfast offered a great selection. Especially the espresso! The location was perfect, tucked away yet close to vibrant shopping streets and cultural sites.

Room decor was a bit outdated. 😅

It was as expected, had a really nice stay for one night. Had a gorgeous and great breakfast with an Espresso instead of brewed coffee, loved the meal.

Various objecs in room in need of repair. One of two windows operable, shower head unable to be hung up, lamp with no outlet to plug it in to.

The hotel was located right by the cathedral and central station, main train station and shopping route, and shops bars and Xmas markets. The breakfast was great with different types of cheese and brewed coffee, as for instance, so much to pick from. The room was beautiful and exceptionally good with breakfast, and we really enjoyed having access to wake-up service.

The hotel is nice and calm. There's not much to expect as it's a 2** hotel. However the advantage is that it's in city center (an advantage for shopping) and only 2-3 minutes walking distance from the metro station which is ideal if you're taking the hotel for going to the fair. The negative point however is the price.

It's too expensive for what it's offering. Not worth more than 50-60 Euros with breakfast included

Upon my staying I liked the cleanliness of the room everyday.

I didn't like the room it was very small me and my partner were hardly moving, second the last day for the check out we didn't know that when we book from the booking .com they don't charge from the visa card but we pay to the hotel. While we were checking out the maid showed the bill to my wife. My wife said that we have already paid from booking, she started to shout saying you have to pay now now I was little bust doing some works. My wife became upset so we decided that we will never book in that hotel once again never!!!!!!

The buffet breakfast offered a good selection, including freshly brewed coffee and assorted pastries, a perfect start to each day.

The room's decor felt quite dated, which detracted from the overall ambiance and comfort.

It says in the booking promotion that WIFI service is included, reason why i choosed it. When I arrived there, they told me internet service has a cost of 8 euros per day

But let's talk specifics. The smell at the reception was a real downer, and the breakfast setup was less than appealing with cold eggs and dried veggies. The corridor lights waking me up at night was a nuisance, especially with the door to my room letting in light like a spotlight. The overall cleanliness was dodgy.

The location is really central (about 10 minute walk from HBF and Dom and surrounded by shopping streets, u-bahn station right outside). The breakfast was included and was your standard continental fare and the beds were comfortable. Good water pressure.

It's definitely not a romantic location as the "double bed" was two twin beds pushed together with a 3 inch gap between them and each side had it's own twin-sized blanket. The room was rather cold with only a weak radiator in the bathroom and the water from the shower sprayed out of the curtain and flooded the bathroom. It's a good place to stay if you just need a bed to sleep in a central location but it is not a good place for romance or a relaxing vacation.
